It made my trip to El Calafate a perfect experience. Staff was courteous and hotel was neat. I loved stylish room, it had a comfy bed, central heating, a safe and a mini fridge bar. Breakfast offered lots of delicious meals. Hot drinks, fast wifi were a nice surprise...

Warm, nicely furnished room and wonderful location. The staff was gentle, they made the stay fantastic. I got free upgrade and liked it. Food was yummy and appetising. Beautiful lobby. It was really clean and functional hotel, would recomand.

good location, comfortable bed. we really loved the modern lighting in our room. we dined out at kau kaleshen, set 4-6 minutes walking distance the hotel. it was worth its 3 stars.

The breakfast was very disappointing, unfortunately.
